Rasheeda Stafford is a licensed cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience in hairstyling, salon leadership, and education. As the founder of The Method Salon, now located inside Beautisa Salon Suites in Greensboro, NC, Rasheeda offers a full spectrum of high-end hair services, including extensions, tape-ins, men’s cuts, color, silk presses, and non-surgical hair replacement consultations.
Known for her speed, professionalism, and versatility, Rasheeda works across all hair types and textures — from natural coils to fine, straight strands. She provides customized extension installs (including microlinks, tape-ins, and sew-ins) that blend seamlessly with her clients’ lifestyle, texture, and goals. While she excels in color services for African American hair, she offers color corrections and enhancements for all backgrounds and ethnicities.
Her expertise also includes men’s grooming and precision cuts, creating clean, stylish looks for male clients with attention to detail and flair.
Currently, Rasheeda is offering consultations for cranial prosthesis (non-surgical hair replacement), supporting individuals experiencing hair loss due to alopecia, cancer, and other medical conditions. She is in the early stages of integrating medical billing for insurance reimbursement, making it easier for clients to access these specialized services.
A passionate advocate for neurodivergent individuals, Rasheeda welcomes clients on the autism spectrum or with special needs. Although she does not specialize in very young children, she makes thoughtful exceptions — especially when a child has been denied service elsewhere due to sensory or behavioral concerns.
From running her own salon to working in high-volume environments like Great Clips, Rasheeda brings a rare balance of heart and hustle to her chair. Her motto, #IAMMETHOD, is more than a brand — it’s her identity:

You will not be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and you will be charged 100% fee for No Show with No contact.
